1. Eligibility & Accounts

To use Dex India, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected wallet and account credentials. Dex India is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or private keys.

2. DeFi Pooling & Indirect Deposits

Dex India provides access to various decentralized finance (DeFi) pooling options. You acknowledge that:

• APR (Annual Percentage Rate) values are estimates and may fluctuate based on market conditions.
• Fixed deposit durations are binding once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.
• All pooling transactions involve exposure to smart contract and network protocols.

3. OTC Desk Operations

Our OTC (Over-The-Counter) services allow for direct USDT purchases. Quotes provided via official Telegram or WhatsApp channels are subject to liquidity availability and network confirmation. Dex India reserves the right to adjust quotes based on sudden market movements prior to settlement.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing regulatory restrictions. Any attempt to exploit smart contracts or interfere with system performance will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dex India, its officers, and affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred through the use of the platform. All digital asset transactions are final and irreversible.
